Thanksgiving Reheating

  1. Remove turkey from refrigerator 30 minutes before putting into the oven, leaving foil on. 
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  3. Place turkey/breast in oven. The provided pan is adequate for cooking, but you can place in large roasting pan if desired. Add ½ C. liquid (chicken broth/water)
  4. Heat whole turkey for about 1 to 1 ½  hours, turkey breast for 30 to 45 minutes. Both whole turkey/turkey breast. Please use thermometer to determine when the turkey is done: the temperature at the deepest part between the breast and thigh against the bone. It should register at 165 degrees. 
  5. For crispier skin, remove turkey from oven after heating and turn heat up to 400 degrees. Carefully remove foil and return uncovered turkey to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
