-PM Line Cook | minimum 5 years of experience working in a fast pace, fine dining kitchen, knife skills
-Butcher | minimum 2 years of butcher experience, customer service background, knife skills
-Host | suggested prior restaurant experience
-Craft Bartender | minimum 3 years experience in a fast pace CRAFT bar
-Front of House Manager | minimum 5 years experience managing fine dining steakhouses
